Cabbage pie with meat and mushrooms in the pan
A yummy pie of cabbage with minced meat and mushrooms that can be cooked in a frying pan.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    350 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    120 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Flour

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the filling for the pie. Mushrooms finely chopped (I had mushrooms, pre-cooked), onion peel and finely chop.

In a pan pour oil and fry the onion until Golden brown.

To the fried onions add the mushrooms, minced meat, salt and fry. Ready stuffing to shift from the pan onto a plate.

Cabbage finely chop.

Add chopped dill, eggs, salt and flour.

Mix well, but the cabbage mashing is not necessary.

Pan greased with vegetable oil, put half of the cabbage and flatten.

For cabbage to put the previously prepared stuffing.

And on top of the filling spread the remaining cabbage and fry pie.

Sunny-side up cake gently turn on a dish, then take another dish and turn the cake to grilled side of the cake on top.

And once again to turn the cake, but on the pan.

Cover and on low heat simmer until tender.
