Very delicate Apple pie

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Apple

  • Milk

    700 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Potato starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Roll out the puff pastry (thickness 5-7mm), put on a baking tray with cooking paper. Apples cut in half, remove the core and thinly slice.

Filling: mix sugar with cornstarch, add eggs and all mix well. Pour a little boiled milk and put to boil on low heat, stirring constantly.

When thickens, remove from heat, let cool slightly and coat the dough layer somewhere half a centimeter thick.
