A very simple dough recipe from which you can make bread, rolls, pizza.

Cooking
Sift the flour on a flat clean surface, make a deepening in the middle, pour water, add yeast, sugar and salt. Start with a fork, slowly stir. The dough knead for 5-6 minutes. Then form a ball, cut in and leave in a warm place for 40-45 minutes.
After 40 minutes take it out, knead again and form the shape we need (bread, rolls, pizza).
I made 4 large buns, sprinkle with dry oregano. Bake for 30 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
