Cooking
Chicken legs wash, dry towel, put in a bowl and pour olive oil.
Add them to the chicken and stir so that chicken legs were from all sides covered with marinade. Cover and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Then take out of marinade sage and leave it on a separate plate.
In a deep frying pan or cast iron pan melt butter and put back the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the chicken on both sides about 20 minutes on medium heat.
Add the sage from the marinade, diminish the fire and leave to stew under the lid for another 15-20 minutes until fully cooked poultry.
For garnish boil small potatoes. Cut each potato in half and fry in olive oil until Golden crisp. Sprinkle top with ground chili pepper.
Spread legs on a plate with garnish. On a dish along with chicken you can put the leaves of sage, but only for decoration, as in the process of extinguishing the sage picks up a lot of fat and all the flavor it gives chicken.
