Stuffed baked peppers
Bulgarian peppers stuffed with minced meat and baked in the oven. Prepared for the first time. Found out some of my oversights in the preparation of the peppers.

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

    4 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

Green peppers and clean inside.

Fill the peppers with minced meat - ground beef, 1/2 onion, 1/2 grated carrot, black pepper, salt, water 100 grams.

Peppers placed in the pan (I have iron). On the bottom of the pan to pour vegetable oil. On top of the meat put a tablespoon of sour cream 10%. Around peppers to put raw potatoes. Potatoes sprinkle with onions.

On top of the peppers and potatoes sprinkle with seasoning for meat. Top close foil and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Powder - grated cheese and 1/2 the carrots. Remove the pan from the oven, on each pepper put a slice of cheese. Potatoes and pepper sprinkle with powder cheese and carrots. Put the pepper for a further 20 minutes at 180 degrees, but without the foil.

Here's a ruddy peppers turned out.

Add to dish tomatoes, cucumber and herbs. Pepper to taste. Bon appétit!!!

Pepper in the context. My mistakes - the stuffing was a bit dense, because water needs a little more. Sour cream I have very thick 30%, but preferably 10%.
