Simple, delicious dish, one of the favorite in my family.
Ingredients

Potatoes

Minced meat
500 g

Sour cream

Garlic
1 tooth

Cooking
Potatoes cleaned. In forcemeat add the grated on a medium grater onion and garlic, salt, pepper and favorite spices.
The potatoes make shallow recess
fill the potatoes with minced meat
on each potato and add 1/2 tsp of sour cream, put in the oven bag
bake in the oven for 40 minutes
potatoes are ready!
Put potatoes in dish, pour sour cream and sprinkle with greens. Garnishes fresh vegetables.
