Liver pate with mushrooms and sausage
I love pate, which is not only the liver, but also pieces of other products. Chicken liver gives a soft pate. Sausage and mushrooms - not just those pieces that are embedded in the pate. Try it! You will not be disappointed!

Ingredients

My liver. With beef liver remove the film, and chicken check for the presence of residual bile. Cut into small pieces.

Pour the liver with milk and leave it for 2 hours.

Gather the remaining ingredients for the liver pâté. Carrot RUB on a coarse grater. Onion cut into half rings, half rings and then in half.

All previous operation took me about an hour. Going to watch TV for another hour. After that, merge the milk, which soaked the liver. Beat 3 eggs, add the milk and 50 grams butter. Until pie is baked, grate the cheese. After 40 minutes take out the pate, and sprinkle with cheese, add a little olive oil ( for an Amateur) then another 10-15 minutes in the oven.
