Simple spring vitamin pancakes
Lovers of simple recipes separate invitation. Tasty and healthy pancakes are perfectly in tune with almost any meal, it is also possible to cook them separately, come in the post (without adding the eggs). Pooltime your body with vitamins, and Bon appetit!

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

  • Mayonnaise sauce

All the vegetables clean and cut into pieces to fit in blender.

Turns puree them in a blender: zucchini, carrots, red pepper (1/4).

Put in a bowl chopped vegetables (to stand in a bowl to the vegetables given its own juice), add mayonnaise meatless sauce and one beaten egg (optional) mix everything together, gradually adding flour, about the consistency of the cheese mass.
