Description

Traditional English cherry pie
Light, not too sweet dessert.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Water

    7 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

1. Sift flour with salt. Add the cooled and chopped into small pieces oil. Grind to the formation of large crumbs.

2. Add 1 tbsp of water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth. Divide the dough in half, wrap each half in foil and put in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
