Read with the accent on the first syllable. Stuffing is a traditional dish that is prepared in Western regions of Ukraine, mostly on major holidays. Is a bread product which is baked with lots of eggs, with the addition of a variety of meat products. Incredibly delicious and satisfying!!! Preparing easy. Cooking
First you need to bake a cake. It is desirable oven in advance, so it is well aged. In a bowl pour kefir, add sugar, salt and soda. Mix well and gradually podsypaya flour, knead the dough.

I took beef heart (you can replace easy, also very tasty). The heart needs to boil until tender. When cooked, remove heart from broth in which it cooked, and the broth strain, we need it in the future.

Add a heart, pour the broth in which it cooked, add salt, season to taste, bring to a boil and simmer under a lid for about 15 minutes.
While the stew meat, cake smash or cut into small pieces. Folded into a voluminous bowl.
