This recipe is experimental. I think that the experiment was a success.

Cooking
I have accumulated a lot of tins of foil from purchased muffins "Berry basket" - so very much my baby loves. Here and requests constantly that I baked them myself for that and tins were going. I decided that the time had come, and began to work.
Prepare the filling: apples (or two small, or one large) three on a grater, add the cranberries ( I have straight from the freezer), sugar (my kid loves sour, because only 100g), starch and mix well. Optionally, you can add cinnamon.
Now the dough: margarine RUB with sugar. Then add the egg yolk, stir flour with baking soda. Quickly knead the dough and baked products. The dough was quite soft, but adding more flour is not necessary, as after baking, the muffins will be hard. Long kneading also causes the hardness of the already-baked products.
Now slightly podpisem the table with flour, roll out the dough (not too thick, so cooked, but not too thin, not torn, somewhere, not more than 5 mm)and cut out two circles - one equal to the diameter of the top of the form and the other is about 0.5 cm larger (I picked up two different cups).
Then a bigger crook put in the form of foil (no grease needed)so that the dough blanket and the edge of the form. I have a photo bad, but still, you can see.
Cover with a smaller circle. Now take an ordinary toothpick and begin to flatten it, the edges of the cupcake. Additionally, do 3 to 4 puncture in the middle.
Out of this number ingredients I got 11 pieces.
Bake in heated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Cupcakes get well out of shape, do not stick and do not break. The dough is soft (by the way, after cooling solidifies, it turns out similar to the original), but not too fragile.
Turned out tasty, though not as wet as the original cupcakes. I have a filling it does not follow, and has a nice viscosity due to starch. Choices for toppings are a great many - I think blueberry would be delicious. However, I don't know how to provide the same percentage of liquid toppings, like the purchase the cupcakes. Probably to increase the number of berries, and to reduce the portion of starch. In General, food for thought there. I'd be happy to hear the options of the cook. Bon appetit!
