Cooking
200 g of butter beat with sugar using a mixer. Add the eggs one by one
continuing to whisk until smooth.
100 g of chocolate melt in a water bath (in a small pan put the chocolate pieces and put it in the pot bigger, which pour water, and put it on the fire).
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl - bread crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla sugar. To egg mixture add the melted chocolate and dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon until smooth, do not beat strongly. The dough should be sticky, not runny.
Split circular shape with a diameter of 22 cm grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the pan and put in a preheated 175 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes. To check the readiness with a wooden toothpick, it needs to stay dry.
To give the cake to cool. Not out of form!!!
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting. In a pan put 50 g butter, 100 g sugar, 100 ml strong coffee (can be hot or cold), cream and put on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mixture should slightly thicken. Remove from heat and add to hot icing chocolate - 100 g, give it melted.
Mix icing and cover cake in the baking pan. Do not be afraid that glaze a lot - it will be absorbed in the sponge almost completely. Forget for 3-4 hours about it.
You can now decorate. If you have wild nuts cleaned then you can simply fry in a dry pan until Golden - watch that aren't burned will be bitter. If the nuts are raw, like me, they can be a little fry in a pan
When they start to peel, put them on a towel and carefully to grind, thus removing the skin. And fry some more.
Sprinkle the dessert with nuts. Put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
To release the ring from the form (if you have it split) and dessert sprinkle through a sieve cocoa powder.
Cut into portions and enjoy the moment!!!
