Crumble with zucchini and Adyghe cheese

Ingredients

  • Adyghe cheese

    150 g

  • Basil

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Slice the zucchini in half rings and fry in sunflower oil until light Golden brown.

Adyghe cheese mash with a fork add dry Basil or herbes de Provence, salt, pepper and mix well. Separately hard cheese grate on a fine grater and mix it with the flour.
