Dear Cooks, today I want to share with you another recipe from my piggy Bank. It's a rice casserole, but rather not even casserole, and rice cake with cottage cheese filling. The dish turns out very tender, with an interesting mix of rice, curd and cheese crust on top. One can eat both hot and cold - as you like it)) help yourself!!!

So, let's start. First we need to boil the rice. I'm doing this in a slow cooker, because it is with this duty perfectly, and the rice turns out very tasty. If you cook on the stove, then follow the instructions on the package. We take 1 Cup uncooked rice, in the end, have two cups of cooked rice.
When the rice is ready, turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 200 degrees C. Into the rice, add 2 eggs, half of the dill, 150 g of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp melted butter. Will zamechaem rice dough.

Now get the form from the refrigerator and put the filling of cottage cheese in center of rice dough. Sprinkle top of cheese and put it into the already preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until Golden cheese crust!
When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven, let cool down and then carefully remove from the mold.
