Vegetable casserole with beans
Simple, tasty, healthy.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Celery root

    200 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Soy milk

    125 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Beans, I have the remnants of Pinto beans, soaked overnight in pure water. I usually fill it with boiling water.

Vegetables peel and RUB on a small grater.

To the vegetables add in the soaked beans. Turn on the oven warming up to 180 degrees.

Garlic finely chop, mix with peperami, salt and pepper, dressed with soy milk (you can substitute sour cream), mix well add flour. Again mix well.

Pour the filling into the mixture of vegetables and beans. All mix well.

Razumnoy the form dimmed with baking paper, if necessary, grease with vegetable oil. Spread the mixture into the mold and spread with a little stamps. Put in oven for 40-50 minutes.

Allow the casserole to cool completely before serving.
