Like the cake I made with apples, but there had to impregnate with a syrup. And canned pineapple is so good that already in syrup, and this speeds up the cooking process. So, get the pineapple rings and lightly dry them with paper towel. Dissolve gelatin in hot syrup from under the pineapple - 0.5 cups (that's a non-waste production)
Make the batter: flour+egg+syrup with water
Dip pineapple in the batter and fry in a pan in a small quantity of a well-heated vegetable oil until Golden brown. Spread on paper towel to glass the excess oil.
Curd mix with the already swollen gelatin if little sweetness, add the syrup or sugar.
Using a pastry syringe put the rings of pineapple and cottage cheese in a circle and put in the refrigerator. As curd clutch, in the center put a spoonful of jam or melted marmalade and a slice of orange. BON APPETIT! AND HOSPITALITY!
