The site already has cake with the same name, but my baked quite differently. The cake turns out very tasty and pretty.

Cooking
Separate whites from yolks and whisk with 1 Cup. sugar. Then add the egg yolks, the flour and finally the baking soda. Divide dough into 2 parts and pour 1 part on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake the cake. Also do the 2 part test.
Soak each cake 0.5 Cup. syrup, roll the roulade and leave to cool. Then cut into slices thickness 2 see, I Have one cake makes 12 rolls.
