Description

Flowery with cottage cheese
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with the smell of lemon and syrup of saffron.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    24 piece

  • Cheese

    1 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Pistachios

    1 cup

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Saffron

Take 4 sheets of Filo with oil every
