Cooking
For casseroles need very small potatoes, smaller walnut. Of course, to clean it - not fun, but eating it is a pleasure! So, peel the potato, wash and dry in a towel. In the pot (or where used) to heat the vegetable oil (you can season with salt, and so I did) and fry the potatoes until Golden brown over high heat (this is the first "BUT")
Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the carrots and coarsely grate. Fry the onions and carrots, add to them the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry until cooked minced meat.
In a heatproof dish, pour the potatoes and stuffing (1/2 of the total weight), stir. Sprinkle top of leftover stuffing.

Pour the potatoes and the minced meat with batter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
