Bun
Delicious pastries, crispy, tender and soft inside. Are prepared very easily and quickly, the dough in the work manageable and enjoyable.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    4 tsp

  • Almonds

  • Milk

    200 g

In warm milk add sugar, salt, butter room temperature, egg. Mix well.

Sift flour, add to liquid mixture along with the yeast.

Knead the dough, cover and leave to rise.

After a time, divide the dough into equal balls. Each bun roll out flat elongated shape with an extension in the lower. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped almonds. Walk with a rolling pin a couple of times on the cake, to the sugar and the almonds kept on the test. Cut into strips, not cutting through the top.

Formed buns. Put on a greased baking sheet. Let stand for 10-15 minutes. Sent in a pre-heated oven.

Bake at 180 g for 20 minutes (until Golden brown) From this number, turned out 9 pieces and a small cake.
