Salad of cod, rice and red onion
Very simple and delicious salad! Quite nutritious and healthy. Can be useful when cooking no time and effort. Would be appropriate, if You have to go to the unexpected guests!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Fish fillets

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

Rice TM Mistral boiled until tender in accordance with the directions on the package.

Filet of cod boiled until tender (I put 20 minutes in the steamer) and crushed.

Red onion finely sliced.

All the ingredients are mixed, the salad is dressed with mayonnaise. Someone mayonnaise can be quite salty, so additional salt to taste.
