Salad grilled corn and vegetables
Delicious salad, not only for the picnic! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Corn

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Olives

    5 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Spices

An ear of corn cook until ready, then cook in a grill pan.

Eggplant cut into rings, season with spices from a FORESTER Set for marinating vegetables and mushrooms grilled. Let stand for 10-20 minutes, then drain the resulting juice and fry on a preheated grill pan, sprinkle it with vegetable oil.

In a similar way to deal with zucchini.

Part of the cherry tomatoes cut into halves, and the part to pritority on a heated with oil pan.

Olives cut at random.

Dissolve brown sugar in Apple cider vinegar, add 6 tbsp olive oil, stir to dissolve the sugar. Number of components need to adjust to your taste! Lettuce to pick on easy-to-use pieces. Combine all the ingredients, drizzle with dressing, walnuts coarsely crush and decorate their salad.
