I represent to Your attention another interesting and beautiful way of molding rolls. Yeast dough, with a recipe which You will find below, although I'm sure each of You have your own favorite dough recipe and You can use them.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    80 g

In warm milk dissolve yeast, add 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour, stir, leave for 15 minutes. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour the sugar, salt, add vanilla, mix well. Make a well, add the egg, melted butter and yeast coming up. Knead a soft dough. The dough cover and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should increase in volume twice.
