Easter nests with cheese
Whether you love cheese like I love him? Dress rehearsal before Easter. Wonderfully tender dough with a light cheese note...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Flour

    900 g

Cooking

step-0
Dissolve yeast in warm milk + a little sugar
step-1
Butter or margarine to melt...
step-2
... add the eggs + cottage cheese (cottage cheese can be anything, if it's mild flavor, the dough will have a more intense cheese flavor)+ the remaining ball + vanilla...
step-3
... stir until smooth, add to milk-yeast mixture...
step-4
... gradually adding flour, zamesit nekrutoe elastic dough, quantity of flour depends on the cheese you put into the dough. Give to climb, I climbed for about an hour.
step-5
Further Osipyan from the test pieces and make flat cakes with a thickness of half a centimeter...
step-6
... otsimisel the next piece and formed sausages...
step-7
... then wetted with water, our cake and put the sausage - it turns out something like a nest. Give more time to come. If you do not cover the dough with frosting, then you can optionally brush them with egg, if you will, it is not necessary. Bake nests at 160-180°C until tender.
step-8
While our nests bake, make the icing: 2 egg yolks +1 tbsp. sugar beat until stiff (for those who don't know how to do it: first, beat the whites to a solid foam, then add sugar pieces, continue whisking until the sugar grains dissolve, in this sense, powdered sugar fits best)
step-9
... Cover our especiosa and cooled nests with glaze and sprinkle to taste (I was sprinkling sugar flowers). Doing nests with the children, so that among them there is a particularly beautiful specimen.
step-10
when the icing hardens completely (approximately 3-4 hours), in the recesses it is possible to put Easter eggs. If you want you can make the nest larger, then in the middle you can put a few eggs. Bon appetit!
