French Apple pie
Took the recipe from another cooking site, but remade for themselves, because there were fewer apples. Liked the creamy Apple flavor and ease of preparation.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    65 g

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

Mix all ingredients for the dough (soft butter, egg, sugar, flour and baking powder), roll the dough into a ball and put into the fridge

For the filling apples cut into slices, the shape of grease and 25 grams of butter (I have no normal forms for these pies, so I lined with an old pan with parchment for baking), sprinkle part of the sugar (50 GRS that go into the stuffing), put the apples on top and sprinkle with remaining sugar

The original bake the apples at 180*C for 20 minutes, but I had to use the top heat and bake a little longer. In General, the filling needs to caramelize
