In warm water add sugar, salt, yeast and stir everything up. Then add flour 300 g and mix everything, put in a warm place for 1.5 hours for it to ferment. Then add more flour and egg, the dough should be thick but not dense, stretchy and "live". Put 30-40 minutes, until the dough has risen.
