Rabbit baked in red wine
I must say that the meat turned out delicious! Many people prefer not to break rules in cooking: fish, white wine, veal, red, etc., but I always wondered "what if...?" and baked rabbit in red wine. And no mistake :)

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    1 piece

  • Dry red wine

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Greens

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

The rabbit I cut in two. If the form is big, you can leave whole. Form cover with foil. Put the rabbit there.

Cut onion into rings and tear the parsley into small sprigs and put it into a form. Bake in the oven until the meat is cooked. I honestly can't remember the temperature, but cooked the rabbit for about 40-50 minutes. Bon appetit!
