Cooking
Blanch the pepper. Boil until soft rice. While peppers and rice are cooling, make the filling for the pepper. Combine mince, egg, chopped onion and green pepper, salt and knead well. Add the cooled rice. Then fill the peppers with stuffing and place in casserole .
In kosicke and fried onions in vegetable oil, add to the onions carrots and stew. Then add 2 tbsp of tomato paste and to extinguish.
