Warm salad
Suggest you try a delicious warm salad. The salad is quickly prepared, very satisfying and beautiful. It can be as a separate dish, and garnish. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Tofu

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Sauce

  • Sesame oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Corn

    1 piece

Green beans wash, cut in half, put in a deep pan and simmer on the pan with vegetable oil. After 5 minutes add the garlic powder and soy sauce and simmer with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes more until tender. If necessary, you can add a little water.

Wipe tofu dry with a paper towel and Naseem into pieces about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle one side with spices ( to your taste, I have a mixture of peppers ).

In a pan pour sesame oil and put slices of tofu, spiced side down. Sprinkle top with the same spices and pour teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. I used soy sauce and teriyaki sauce "Kikkoman". I poured the sauce by eye, it should not be much.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then turn over and pour soy sauce and teriyaki sauce the other side. And cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Beets (raw) natiraem on a grater, add the vegetable oil and stir. This we do in order that she would not strongly stained the rest of the products.

Add buckwheat, beets and corn to green beans. Add spices according to your taste ( I used a mixture of Provencal herbs, powder ginger root, nutmeg and chili peppers 1/2 tsp) and soy sauce.
