Turkey with cream with a light salad
Delicious and easy to prepare dish. Bon appetit.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    700 g

  • Arugula

    125 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    70 ml

  • Mustard

    10 g

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Pepper Cayenne

    0.25 tsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • A mixture of spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Turkey fillet cut into cubes, add a mixture of 5 peppers, lemon pepper, Cayenne chili pepper, sea salt, French herbs, olive oil, stir and leave for 10-20 minutes. While the Turkey is marinating, wash the arugula and cherry.

Heat the pan, spread it on a Turkey, fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until Golden brown, add the cream, diminish the fire and simmer under a lid for 10-15 minutes until the cream evaporated.

The arugula cut with scissors, cherry tomatoes in half; mix for the filling: olive oil, Dijon mustard and the juice of 1/4 lemon. Mix arugula, cherry tomatoes and dressing, add salt to taste.
