Braised artichokes with garlic and parsley
Artichoke is very noble, right after the Royal vegetable. Artichokes can be served at the festive table, as an elegant appetizer or as a main dish.

Ingredients

  • Artichoke

    10 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

Clean the artichokes by removing the outer tough petals. Break off the stems with the buds cut off the tip (it is also harsh). Cut the lemon in half and RUB the cut halves of the lemon artichokes, so they do not darkened. Clean the artichokes, put in water for 10-15 minutes

Finely chop the garlic, parsley. All permeate and add salt. With this mixture RUB our cleaned artichokes. In a saucepan, pour olive oil, place the artichokes and fill with water. Close the lid and stew for 20 minutes When the artichokes are done (the leg should be soft), remove the lid and allow to boil away the water. Our dish is ready, sprinkle the top with olive oil and serve!
