Salad with hot goat cheese
Salade de chevre chaud salad with hot goat cheese.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Goat cheese

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Baguette

    6 slice

  • A mixture of spices

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

Cut 6 slices of baguette, lay on them slices of goat cheese. It can be crottin de Chavignol, Saint Maure or, like me, Chevre. Brush with olive oil (it will take approximately 2 tbsp). Sprinkle herbs de Provence and place in oven preheated to 240 degrees. Bake until the baguettes will not become a Golden color.

Prepare the filling "salad". To do this, whisk until homogenous emulsion 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt and pinch of pepper.

Salad to break it, season, place on a plate, put a slice of baked baguette and cheese. Immediately serve.
