Cooking
First of all, prepare the dough. Activate the yeast. Dissolve in warm water sugar and yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes alone. After 10 minutes pour in the yeast mixture, warmed milk and pour the sifted flour with the baking powder, stir with a whisk until smooth. The dough will be quite liquid. Leave it for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a filling. I have the forest mushrooms (boletus), so I pre-boiled. If You are using mushrooms, they are just to peel and slice. Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil, adding salt and spices to taste.
Good heat the pan than it is not pre-lubricating (like hotcakes). In the centre, pour in 2.5 tbsp of dough. Fry until the pancake is covered with holes, and its surface is not dry. Remove the pancake from heat. Fry for a couple pancakes from the whole test, but not put them on top of each other so they don't stick together.
Now you will start wrapping. In the centre of the pancake put 1 tbsp of mushrooms and 1 tsp grated cheese. Suscipiam the edges of the pancake with one hand almost to the middle. Then on the second side and third as in the photo. When I prepared them the first time, I worried about whether they will stick together?... The edge of always perfectly glued, the main thing is not overdry them in the pan.
Fold the pancakes into the pan and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
