Pilaf with chicken
For this recipe I cooked the rice and pork, and beef. Recently cooked with chicken. You can cook with any meat. The recipe is not quite a classic. Think he got me at my old job. The recipe is not complicated, you can try and novice cooks. The risotto turns out very tasty, not dry.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

Wash rice, cover with cold water above the rice by 2-3cm, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt, stir, leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Cut the meat into 2cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown in a deep frying pan.

Separately fry the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Sprinkle the meat with a mixture of spices for pilaf (Azerbaijan seasonings are sold in the markets standards). On top of the meat spread fried onion and chopped garlic. Separately fry in vegetable oil grated on a coarse grater carrots.

On top of the meat with onion spread roasted carrots, they spoon soaked rice (without salt water). Now pour this pure unsalted cold water (4 cups) mixed it with tomato sauce.

Simmer over medium heat on the stove top pan until the water boils. Then simmer the pilaf in the oven on the bottom on a small fire (approximately 160-180 degrees) for one hour under the lid. So it turns out pilaf.
