Baked mullet
Fish baked in the oven, turns out tender and not "heavy". Such fish are not ashamed to serve to guests. And my husband and I love to pamper a fish.

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

Peel the carrots,grate. Onions cleaned, cut cubes. Onion and carrot saute in vegetable oil until soft. Add the finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper.

The fish is cleaned, gut, RUB with salt, pepper (red, black),spices.

The prepared fish fill sauteed carrots with onions. Sew the belly of a fish.

Peel the potatoes (young), cut lengthwise into 2 parts. To make the potato cuts in the form of mesh, add salt and grease with mayonnaise.

On a greased vegetable oil a baking tray put the fish, smear it with mayonnaise. On the sides of the fish put potatoes. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes (This time I forgot to take a picture). Get our fish and chips from the oven, spread on a dish and decorate with greens and lemon. The fish before serving, drizzle with lemon.
