Viennese Apple pie recipe K. Schumacher
Congratulations to all a merry Christmas! And as a gift I want to introduce you to a great Apple pie from no less a magnificent pastry chef Karl Schumacher from his popular book "Sweet food Viennese". The recipe I saw in cook Twist bread maker from the site, however, changed him quite a bit and adjust to your taste. Health to you and your family!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Apple

    700 g

  • Apple juice

    300 ml

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Corn starch

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    35 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

Cooking

Dough. Bring the milk, to which add vanilla to a boil, keep hot. Melt butter and when it begins to boil, add the flour, stir well and pour in the hot milk.
