And as a gift I want to introduce you to a great Apple pie from no less a magnificent pastry chef Karl Schumacher from his popular book "Sweet food Viennese". The recipe I saw in cook Twist bread maker from the site, however, changed him quite a bit and adjust to your taste. Health to you and your family!

Cooking
Dough. Bring the milk, to which add vanilla to a boil, keep hot. Melt butter and when it begins to boil, add the flour, stir well and pour in the hot milk.

Proteins vzbit with sugar until resistant foam and shiny. Here begins the most interesting, proteins were plumped, but add sugar forgot and did not even pay attention to it.
