Salad with salted salmon, black olives and tomatoes
Now is the season for delicious summer tomatoes. Want to offer a very simple but nevertheless very tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Olives

    0.5 can

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

    1 coup

1. The fish to remove the bones, cut into small pieces.

2. With tomatoes remove the skin, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

3. Olives cut at random. For dressing mix the soy sauce, oil and lemon juice and season to taste.

4. On the bottom of bowls to put the tomatoes.

6. Then salmon. From top to pour in the salad dressing and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then flip the bowl onto a plate and decorate the salad as desired.
