Cupcakes
Moist muffins with raisins. In molds or one large form

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Corn starch

    40 g

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Raisins

    120 g

Raisin spread for drying on the rag.

Beat with a mixer softened butter with sugar and vanilla until creamy. One at a time beat eggs, each time whip until airy cream.

Raisins and sprinkle with flour (so that the cakes do not settle to the bottom).

Mix the flour with starch, baking powder. Pour the mixture into the cream, add in the soaked, dried and dusted lightly with flour raisins. Never whisk, and gently stir.

And pour into the form.

Bake for 40 minutes.
