Tender chicken fillet with cheese and herbs inside...

Chicken fillet wash
To achieve more tender meat and make it flat, hit with a hammer.
Grease the meat with spices to taste, put in a deep plate and pour the mayonnaise or (in my case) sauce Calvet, diluted with boiled water; put in the fridge for a few hours.
Take out the meat, put the block of cheese and some herbs to taste (in my case is a dill)
Roll all rolls and wrap in foil (my foil was over and so I used the sleeve for baking). Put in oven and wait 30 minutes.
And here it is... ready!!! garnish any taste! Bon appetit!!:)
