Custard pancakes on the yogurt
I love to cook different pancakes and sometimes for variety, prepare custard pancakes on the yogurt. These pancakes get fat, but choosing a yogurt with a different taste, we get a variety of pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Break in a bowl the eggs, add yogurt with any flavor, sugar and salt. Stir the mixture with a whisk.

In a bowl add the sifted flour, stir with buttermilk to ground.

Pour in a glass of soda and pour 120 ml of boiling water. Quickly stir, add to the dough and stir again with a whisk. After 5 minutes the dough add oil and immediately start frying pancakes.

Heat the pan with sunflower oil, pour a ladle a portion of the dough, evenly. When the surface is covered with pores and becomes matte, you can turn and fry the other side.

Pancakes to roll the envelope and serve with honey, jam or jam.
