Chocolate cake
I can confidently say that this is a stunning cupcake! Despite the singularity of its preparation (includes rice), the result is stunning! Tender, melting in the mouth, with a pleasant chocolate flavor - what could be better? Another of its advantages is that it is prepared very simply and quickly (especially if You have cooked rice). By the way, rice is not felt (this information is for those who are having doubts about this baking).

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Just warning you that the cake turns out not great, so we can safely increase the number of ingredients. A package of rice, throw into boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes. To get soft and tender rice from bag and let cool slightly. For this cupcake you can take yesterday's rice.

Rice with sugar put in blender.

Add the honey and beat for several minutes until a homogeneous mass.

Add the eggs and beat until until the mixture becomes white.

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and baking powder.

Add to rice and egg mixture and whisk until smooth.

Dough to shift in greased form (I have a rectangular 28 at 12) and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. Allow to cool completely.
