Cooking
Pork cut into large pieces across the grain, season with salt and pepper, marinate in a small amount of vinegar for 1 hour
Onions and mushrooms chop and overcook
Pineapple cut into pieces
The pieces of meat out of the marinade, lightly beat them with a hammer, put on the foil. On top of the meat put the mushrooms with onions, sliced pineapples, dill and cheese. Foil to seal the top and place in oven for 30 minutes.
