Cucumber can take 1 or 2.
Most importantly they are very finely crumble. If you have a blender, you can in it.
Eggs to boil. Cut in half. Gently remove the yolk. Yolk mix with the cucumber and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Folded into a pastry bag or syringe with a nozzle. Fill the middle of the eggs. Sprinkle with herbs.
From sausages cut sails diamond shape. Put on skewers.
