Love duck for this recipe. The combination of duck meat with oranges already well enough known. :-)

Cooking
Duck cut into 4 pieces, rinse well and boil. Do not add salt! I usually use a pressure cooker. Pull the duck from the broth and dismantle separated from skin and bones. Prepared meat put on the bottom of the baking dish in the oven. Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with rosemary needles.
A second layer stacked very well washed rice.
Fill in the form diluted with water (50/50) broth from ducks is based on a single container of figure 2 of the liquid container. Put in a preheated 200C oven and bring to readiness.
The rice should acquire a Golden hue, while it turns dry and crumbly.
Separately, on a plate, wash and cut oranges. Remove the skin to cut off all the bitter white part. Use a very well sharpened knife. Peeled oranges cut into slices.
Served as a side dish to the duck and rice. Bon appetit!
