Rye bread with chocolate and honey
Finding this recipe, I realized that it's mine! Don't know how to explain it, but he's mine! Just a subtlety and rye bread just sparkle again! It was not dessert, but the taste and the color turned out deep and rich. No one will never guess that You have achieved this with the help of 20 grams of chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    20 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

The original recipe suggested to use chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 90%. I have here a chocolate 97.7%. It is, of course, not everyone can, but in cooking it is very good.

Finely chop the chocolate, add honey and pour the hot milk. Stir to dissolve the honey and chocolate. Allow to cool.

In a bowl, combine all flours, cereals, salt, sugar and yeast. By the way, whole wheat flour can be replaced by baking, i.e. to take 200 gr of rye flour and 300 gr of baking. The bread would turn out softer.

Make in flour mixture well and pour into it warm water and chocolate milk mixture.

Knead the bread first with a spatula, then with your hands. Flour for podpira add gradually, 1 tbsp at a time, so as not to score the dough. Knead it for 7-10 minutes. Do not take this time, the dough will answer you with gratitude. It should be smooth, elastic, slightly stick to hands. Grease a bowl with oil, put the dough in it and leave for 1.5 hours-2.

Ebonite the dough and knead it for 5-7 minutes more. If the dough starts to stick, lightly sprinkle surface with flour.
