Pickled radish
Spring in shops and markets appear appetizing bunches of young radishes. Of course, I can't pass up and happily buy multiple bundles... But when the body is saturated with vitamins, you want something unusual. That's when I make this recipe. Pickled radish turns out very flavorful, moderately spicy and delicious. Thin slices of vegetables painted in a soft pink color, making the appetizer even more appetizing.

Ingredients

  • Radishes

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Cooking

Radishes wash.

Cut into rings.

Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, lemon juice, mustard seeds, vegetable oil.
