I would venture to suggest you to prepare this simple salad, which can serve as a rich Breakfast, and also be a good addition to lunch or dinner. Ingredients are for 1 serving.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients
Cut in small pieces sausage (see photo 4 slices, but as for me - 2 would be enough)
Mix the ingredients, add salt, pepper, olive oil.
