Cottage cheese and rice crackers
I suggest You to try delicious and very healthy cookies. In our family, these cookies loved by everyone, especially dieters with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Rice flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

Cooking

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add to it the sugar, butter and hands is triturated until a homogeneous mass.

Rice flour mixed with the baking powder, vanilla sugar and add to the curd.

The dough is well knead and gather into a ball. You can go directly to the formation of cookies.

Roll the dough into a sausage and cut into equal pieces of about 15 grams each (like when the cookies have the same weight). Now each piece roll into a ball and transfer to a baking sheet. This method of forming the cookies the most convenient, because the dough is not pliable, with a rolling pin to roll it quite difficult.

Baking sheet with cookies placed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
