Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind. Later I'll show you where to apply the whites!
Dissolve the sugar in the milk on low heat. Do not boil!
Pour a thin stream of the heated milk, stirring.
Pour back into the pan with a thick bottom and put on a small fire. Continuously stir until thick.
Wipe through a sieve of a thick egg mass.
Do this directly over the cream.
And now it is the turn of olive oil! You need the first pressing of high quality, but without bitterness, neutral.
Beat butter and cream and egg mass.
Strain again through a sieve already in a container for freezing. Put them in the freezer.
After half an hour take out, stir and again repeated until a complete freeze.
Put the finished ice cream in kremnicka.
I lightly covered the top with a pinch of instant coffee, but this is only for decoration, the taste is not affected!
Begin to feast on! The texture is silky ice cream, creamy. The oil is apparently not felt, but it gives a unique flavor and color similar to peach.
