Cucumber and yoghurt jelly with lime sauce
Noticed this dessert because of his love for unusual recipes. Came to the conclusion once again that these dishes are my favorites. Their taste is impossible to forget because of the combination of seemingly incompatible things. Taste is not as exotic as it sounds. Yogurt jelly, I would even say a mousse, incredibly soft. By the way, yogurt can replace sour cream, if at hand. Cucumber jelly cucumber taste is almost not felt, if not knew, and probably guessed what it is. And cucumber slices give a pleasant hrustenko. And! All relish in lime sauce! It is incredibly tasty, when you eat, pre-watering jelly sour-sweet, aromatic sauce. A mixture of gentle, light, refreshing, crunchy, sweet-sour, citrus... m-m-m... I recommend you this dessert will not remain indifferent. And even if you think that dessert too much sugar, it is not. Dessert is not cloying, just all in moderation.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    450 g

Lime syrup: In a saucepan pour 120 ml of water, add sugar. Bring the liquid to a boil so the sugar is dissolved.

- From half a lime and squeeze the juice, the second cut into cubes (peel first remove). - Sugar syrup to split in half. In one part add the juice and cubes of lime. Lime syrup is ready.

- Dissolve gelatin instant 50 ml of water.

In the second half of the sugar syrup add the dissolved gelatin. Mix well. The syrup is heated, the gelatin will dissolve quickly. Add the vanilla seeds (cut the pod lengthways, scrape off the back of a knife the seeds from one half of the pod) or kristallizovannyj vanillin (2 g). - To mix.

Jelly yogurt: - Yogurt is put into a deep container. Add the sugar and vanilla syrup with the gelatin. Mix well.

- Each capacity in which it will be served jelly, fill a yogurt jelly to half. Put in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

- Cucumber thinly slice crosswise into slices. - Put cucumber slices in yogurt jelly lightly pressing them. Put back in refrigerator for 15 min.

Prepare the cucumbers: the Cucumbers cut into small cubes.

In 60 ml. of water dissolve 110 grams of sugar. Bring to a boil. 50 ml of water dissolving 6 g of gelatine. Add to sugar syrup. Mix well.

- Cucumber cubes put in the blender bowl, add the sugar syrup. Have a good break (about 5 min). The mixture was filtered through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. If need be, do it twice. The liquid must not be grains. Wait 10-15 minutes until the foam settles on the surface.

- On top of the frozen layer of jelly and yoghurt with cucumber slices gently pour the future with cucumbers. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

- Before serving, put on top of slices of melon or sweetest pear. Serve with lime sauce. Sauce to pour on top of dessert and enjoy...
